Both Gus and Khristine have been involved in our house search for the last several years. We've done it long distance (we lived in Greenfield, IN) and when we wintered in Barefoot Bay. Khristine was on a mission to find us just the right house, and they did. Gus was 'there for us' anytime there was a schedule conflict with Khristine. They know us very well. When we'd find a house that, to us was a great deal and was what we wanted, they would look at the home in much greater detail and tell us what was wrong with that particular home. We couldn't be happier with the final selection. Moving isn't fun, but the end is in site. They've both offered to help us move in and have called just to make sure we are moving forward OK. We did everything long distance which could have been a problem, but everything went smoothly. They were in constant communication with us thruout. "We decided to purchase a home in Sebastian that was listed by Khristine Brugger at REMAX Crown Realty. We live in Miami Beach, FL, and we wanted to use a Realtor in that area. After doing some research, we opted to use Khristine as our Realtor as well as we really liked her when we met for the first time for the initial showing.
We cannot express in words how amazing she and her husband Gus were. They were always available, professional, and patient, and went above and beyond to be there for us as we closed on the home 2 months before we would be permanently moving into it. Being 2.5 hours away, we were able to count on them for whatever we needed, whenever we need it, and they both responded without hesitation to our needs. In 1994, I moved to Sebastian, FL after graduating from Pace University in NY with a BBA in Management. I met my husband, Gus Brugger in Sebastian in 1996 . We loved the Sebastian area so much that we decided that it would be the best place to raise our family.
